TOS

Payment terms

- Payment is required upon sketch approval, which may be done via partial payment or full payment
- Partial payment is not accepted unless the price is above 10$
-payment is only accepted in USD or DA points

Refunds

- The Refund amount is determined based on the amount of work completed.
-Each part of the work completed counts as 25% back (not started- 100% sketch- 75%, lining- 50%, Flat color- 25%)
- rendered pieces (headshots, halfbodies, and fullbodies) are not entitled to refunds unless only the sketch has/ hasn't been completed

Turn around Time

- Turn around times are depending on type of commission, what assets are required, and Artist's personal schedule ( I.e, work, school, personal events)
- I do not regularly work on a schedule, however at least 3/4ish hours are dedicated out the day to working on art and commissions, this along with idea that rendered pieces can take up to 5-24 hours should give an idea of turn around times
- I, Asteria, work on parallel projects (multitask), to prevent burnout and small errors while working on your commissions.
- Commissions can take up as long as a week to 2 months
- I have AUHD, which may make my ability to complete your commission a lot slower than other artist

Communications

-Concepts and sketches will be provided upon acceptance of your commission
-Wips will be provided upon request, if requested it will be sent in stages (lining, flat color, etc)
- rendered commissions will not always have access to Wips, but will strictly be sent in stages (body completion, hair completion, etc)
- I will try to get back to you to the best of my abilities (24 to 48 hours) if you can not reach me on one platform, you are free to reach me on discord ( xx . asteria . xx ) or my Instagram ( _ asteria . Berries _) . These two platforms will ensure you get a response from me!
- I will Announce on my socials, if not Trello when I am taking Hitauses or Breaks!
- As of recent, I have not been needing to take care of personal health issues, in which cases that may happen, a lack of response for up to a week or 2 may happen with no update. if that happens, no need to fret, I will either get someone to take over and make an announcement or I will get back to you after I am healed!
-As a client, I have provided you my trello, this site will help with our communication as you can see the stage and place in line as far as your commission, it is not required for you to view, but would be greatly appreciated! (it helps you and me!)

Expectations

- Please keep any logos or watermarks on all commissions or art!
-All final products can be provided to you in the highest quality via Email or Toyhouse
- Acknowledge or credit is required if posting your commission for the first time, after initial credit, just keep my watermark visible!
- If final product is provided via toyhouse, you may not block my access to viewing the art, breaking this rule will result in being blacklisted

Adopts & Customs

I rarely do these type of sales, but I'd like to set some terms for these.
- these sales have a cooloff of 2 weeks (I.e you can not resell this for that time period)
- They must have extra art in order to increase price
- Adopts & Customs also can no be resold for currency if the currency it was originally bought in, can not be converted. (ie. an adopt bought in AC (amino coins) can not be resold for In real life money)
- The only way adopts and customs can be sold for in real like money if bought with unconvertable currency is by adding art that costed Irl currency or having 10+ added pieces (not including the pieces sold you by buying the adopt/custom
